Is $0.50 the monthly payment?
Bronze costs $6 USD per year, paid annually. That works out to $0.50 per month; it is not a $0.50 monthly invoice. Silver is $12 per year, Gold is $18 per year and Platinum is $36 per year. Domain registration and optional services are separate. Review the final order total before paying.
Can I move my existing website?
Yes. Free website migration is available with shared hosting. After ordering, sign in and open a support ticket with details of your current hosting. Our team will explain the transfer steps. Review the moved site before changing DNS, and keep the old hosting available until the move is complete.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
Eligible shared hosting is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from signup, subject to the refund policy. Domain registrations and services such as VPS, dedicated servers and purchased SSL certificates are excluded. Policy violations and other exclusions also apply.
Can I use WordPress and my own domain?
Yes. The one-click installer supports WordPress, and you can connect a domain you already own. A hosting plan does not include a new domain registration. If you need one, check availability and pricing through our domain ordering system.
